Welcome to Bare Necessities Tour & Travel!
Since 1990, Bare Necessities Tour and Travel Company has been producing the finest clothing-optional vacations in the world. With charters on large and small cruise ships as well as special packages on select land based destination resorts in the Caribbean, Bare Necessities provides the luxury of deciding what not to wear on vacation while turning your dream vacation into a reality...naturally.
Bare Necessities Tour & Travel has grown from modest beginnings with a 36 passenger live aboard dive boat in 1991 to four major cruise ship offerings in 1999, the largest having a capacity of 1,500 passengers.
In 2003, Bare Necessities chartered it's first large cruise ship with more than 2,000 passengers and in 2005, did it again with 2,124 passengers on the Carnival Legend! We try to never forget that while the emergence of clothing-optional vacationing as a legitimate specialty travel market has provided us with the opportunity to grow, it is in offering quality products and services that has permitted us to turn opportunity into reality.
Our mission is to provide relaxing, entertaining and fun filled vacation opportunities that offer non-threatening environments where the appreciation and acceptance of nature and the unclothed body can occur.
We also support the belief that sexuality is not a state of undress but rather a state of mind and that social nudity is not a sexual activity. We strive to dispel the misconception that nudity is sexually exploitative. Bare Necessities has worked diligently over the past 18 years to break down the walls of prejudice against and the misconceptions towards social nude recreation. We have accomplished major goals towards the acceptance of nude vacationing and our wide range of superior cruise products reflects our success. We hope that the information on our website will help to answer any questions you may have regarding our company or social nude recreation in general. Of course, feel free to call our office with any questions you may have.
